    There is something to the idea of nutrigenomics -- that we respond uniquely to different foods. Upon first glance, parts of Dr. D'Adamos plan make a lot of sense. The Mayo Clinic shares that there is no solid research or scientific evidence to support his diet theories. Also, if you have 3 different types in your household, it may not be practical.
