Well a live action version of Kuroshitsuji is being made so I guess I'll say that, since I don't want it to happen really, also on that note Kuroshitsuji has already had a musical.

I don't think many anime at all especially the more 'unrealistic' ones will make a good live-action movie/show.

I like the Metal Gear Solid/ Monster Hunter cross-over, it made for some good fan-art.
