You know what it is? I don't even know you, so I'm not going to kiss your ass and tell you that you are not fake and super sweet, because i don't know the real you.
So I just have to give my opinion based on the vibe you give off whenever you're on tv and I DO NOT MEAN TO HATE, I'm not jealous or anything like that.
I just feel like you feel you need to prove yourself to everyone and that's definitely not a good thing to do.

One time, my niece (she's 14) started crying because she wanted her face to look like yours, like how you looked on some kind of awardshow.
That really got to me, because I'm old enough to understand that 3/4 of all the 'beauty' showed on award shows consists of make-up, camera training and a stylized outfit.

If you don't want people to think you're fake, stop giving them the wrong impression by saying something and doing something else.
Seriously, I just don't like the fact that stars like you give kids such a wrong idea about what really matters.

After all, it's really nice to look completely perfect at a awardshow, but that's not what's live is about.
I just dont like the fact that you can't just embrace the way you are and go out without all that make-up, that makes every flaw on your face dissapear, and normal clothes - with normal, i mean inspiring outfits that you picked yourself, without the help of a stylist that decides everything for you- and give that message to kids all around the world who have to see your face everyday.
Because those kids look up to you, (something I don't endorse, I think most of these generation stars are overrated, actually.) they want to dress like you and stuff.
But since you're usually wearing full-on make-up, a completely styled outfit and say the things management wants you to say, you are making it really, really, really hard and keep making it worse for them to ever have an realistic idea about what's fake or not.

So just stop wanting to give everyone the impression that you're perfect, because no one is, no matter how big your small eyes look, how much skin you show, people will only respect you if you stop acting like you're perfect and ask people whether you're fake or not and just use that fame you earned by wanting attention to do something (something you really want to do, not what you think people would like or something like that) good for humanity, that way people will finally respect you.
