On sait déjà que les immeubles que veut construire Albert seront en grande majorité destinés aux scientifiques qu'Albert veut inviter à venir dans son pays afin de faire de son pays une plateforme scientifique. Albert, plusieurs fois, a annoncé que des appartements seront destinés aux monégasques, mais son discours sur le fait qu'il désire accueillir un certain nombre de scientifiques montre le contraire. Et oui, il y a corruption dans ce projet... mais on ne le saura qu'après coup.

I used a translator and when I asked it to translate "doudou", he(it) put me this : "security blanket" but I want to said "doudou"...
A "doudou" is an object than a baby/young child sees as its favorite one and as an avatar of his mum (sleeps with it, sometimes cannot stand being separated from it, even in the car, at school by the age of 2-3, etc.). Sorry for my poor english. -
I noticed that Albert learnt the lessons of the life only in the humiliation or took in obvious offence of lie. Albert, if he has not understood yet that a due it is the due, that we pay for a returned service, he will eventually learn it in his depend. Which "poor man" that is Albert, incapable to take his responsibilities. And the woman whom he marries is not going to help him either. I hope that he will pay you "cash on the nail" with late-payment interest.
