To be honest, I don't really read any magazines at all now.

Interesting concept of porn spam. I'm inclined to say good use of social media, gaming elements and interaction but the end result isn't something that I'm after. ;-)

This question is too time consuming and involves too many variable to answer here - let's meet up and discuss in person! :-P

If I had the answer to this, I wouldn't be writing in this Formspring now! I'd be out there doing it. And hey, who says "eccentric billionaire venture capitalists" can't be female? #genderneutrallanguageplease

As a bike rider, I greatly appreciate what any council does to incorporate dedicated bike lanes into their infrastructure. I am also relieved to see that the scare from Doyle a year or so ago of reintroducing cars, was exactly that! As for the 'power' tram stops and street furniture, I do tend to think they go overboard on the form over function - meaning a little too much clutter, but hey, we'll wait and see...

Tough! I can't refine it down - any of the following will do:
- Richard Dawkins
- Obama
- Stephen Fry
- Malcolm Gladwell
- Jamie Oliver
- Oprah
- The Twitter Guys
- Cate Blanchett
- Steve Jobs
- Queen Elizabeth II -
I always thought 'The Evil Queen' was more fair than Snow White because she at least had personality!

Great question! My fears have altered dramatically in the past year as I have had many of them present themselves. And as cliché as it sounds, when you continually face and overcome your fears, you realise that you needn't have feared them in the first place – you feel like you can do and accept anything. The mind is a very powerful tool!
But as much as I'd like to say I have no fears, the following (which are common to most in the 'human condition') arise:
- Being alone
- Not being understood
- Not being respected -
The way the world is prevents us from ever ending global poverty. However, I believe scientific and technological advancement is our best catalyst.
(See my answer to the "What is poverty to you?" question below.) -
I know the way but not the what. When I find the what – I'll do it.

I could take this in so many directions, but for time brevity – just take a look at my lists: http://twitter.com/KateKendall/lists

Approximately a two-cat limit but it is entirely dependent on context of the living situation. I grew up on a small hobby farm in the UK and at one stage we had nine cats living outdoors in the stables, which in comparison is probably better than two cats being cooped up in a studio apartment!

I haven't achieved anything that I deem to be great to date. Perhaps when I do or create something that changes the lives of others – even in the simplest or smallest sense – I will have an answer.

Neither – but really, I am whatever you determine me to be.

To be honest, I don't read anything "religiously" anymore. Not just blogs either, it's applicable to magazines, major online mastheads and basically all forms of media.
Instead, I scan many sites for breadth (e.g. http://delicious.com/KateKendall) and when I find a topic area that I'm curious or ignorant about, I research for depth. There's lots to know/learn and very little time! -
Tickets are so Web 1.0. The tour would be more 2.0 – free, unlimited seating and of course, be entirely unprofitable.

Pimm's with lots of fruit. Preferably coupled with tennis whites and good company.
