April has been a pretty badass month for me so far. I-CON was a blast - certainly not for its programming but for the fact I got to hang out with a large gaggle of my best-est friends. We ran around being obnoxious and taking tons of photos - a perfect formula for a perfect day - for me at least! Yesterday I broke into a condemned movie theater and shot some latex and tested out my new GIANT reflector. Climbing up scaffolding, hanging off railings, spotting "SLAYER" tagged all over the walls and hiding from hobos is just exhilarating. I wish i could do it every day of my life! Well, maybe every other. The other days being reserved for retouching at home half n aked and playing RIFT!

Certainly! My mom wanted me to do that for a while. Though mostly because im sure she wanted free tattoos LOL It costs a lot of money to purchase the gun and all of what you need to practice or apprentice under someone. Its not my passion. I want to be working in photography and fashion! But Id love for my "day job" to be maybe making flash art for an artist or maybe answering phones at a front desk of one o_0

I like to adjust the lighting n overall color tone a lot. I cant afford a lot of the lighting gear and studio stuff I dream of but i try to not let that get in the way of what I want to do. lol, "MAKE IT WOOORK"! oh this one is easy! I love the shape of my eyes but utterly hate the side lines on either side of my nose/mouth from smiling. Ruins the brooding evil villain motif iv got going on. If i could pick another set of things: LOVE my cheek bones. Hate the large space between my nose and upper lip.

And just where did you hear that? You realy should question the legitimacy of information if it isnt coming from the primary source. To answer the question youd be more accurate to ask " Why havent you updated your domming journal lately?", as i still keep in contact with some of my long term subs. The answer to that question would be that iv been very busy with my career in modeling and photography. With the new year iv had a renewed vigor for contacting designers and what not. Things to look forward to is my gallery this weekend coming, walking runway in april/may, more work for the geek chic cosmetics company - etc.

I think in an ideal world Id make enough money to have my own functional studio. And by studio i dont mean a corner of my apartment that just LOOKS like a studio in photos. An actual studio where I could invite clients to shoot all the time. And that should give you an idea of what i dream! Id love to just shoot fashion and beauty all day long! Of course, i wouldnt stop doing my own modeling at all. And I wouldnt mind having to do my commission drawings as well during all of this ^_^! Hell, Id even love being apart of an art commune as it were with some of my creative buds. Just buy out an estate and have themed rooms for shoots...studios for ppl to paint in n what not. Granted, artists are like wrangling cats sometimes so im sure there would be hiccups...but i think those are the kinds of complications id look forward to!

Asking me what my favorite outfit is ...is kind of like asking me what my fav movie is. It depends on the genre! My favorite historical/fantasy gown I own has to be the hand done pearl encrusted skirt Kaito and I made. Latex? My purple and black lace Joy William Designs. And my fav lolita outfit at this moment is my black Miricacle Candy JSK (AP) and my Graveyard Print (offbrand) that i JUST got in this evening. I actualy got into both of these things around the same time when i was still in middle/high school. I used to post outfit snapshots of myself on an old drawing account and so many people were supportive and excited to see them that I started putting some more effort into the images themselves. I loved learning how to use the cam as well as trying to look my best in those images....so before long it just morphed from a small spark of an interest into this full blown career and passion ^_^ I realy love being apart of everything- putting outfits together, the photography, modeling and retouching. I dont think id want to give up any element. If i had to give up one element of the shooting process i think i wouldnt mind switching doing my own makeup to having a pro makeup artist do it! haha
