Für Stäbe benutze ich grundsätzlich einen Holzkern. Ob man eine Waffe teilen soll hängt jedoch davon ab, wie man sie transportieren möchte. Mal ist es nötig, mal nicht.

Well, after my Alexstrasza no costume is too revealing and I always feel fine in it. I take some brave at the beginning, but now I have no problems with such costumes.

Ich arbeite eigentlich nur nach Augenmaß, daher kann ich dir da nicht wirklich helfen. Aber viele drucken sich zum Beispiel einen Screenshot passend zu ihrer Körpergröße aus.

I don't really see any problem with the costume. You just need to make them solid enough. You can make it out of paper mache, wonderflex, worbla and anything else.

Sorry, but I don't give any advices for whole costumes or costume parts. Try to find some help in my tutorials pls.

Well, I don't think so. Before you order something it's really better to research and find as many informations about this material as possible. Follow tutorials and the cosplay progress of others and try to find out, if it's the right material for your goal.

Well, just try it. I'm pretty sure it will work, because I also made already some small pieces out of this material.

I always suggest to try a new material or a technique on a small piece before. It's important to learn how a material works, before you waste it for a failing prop. Experiment a bit and then start with your real work.

Durch das Moosgummi ist es möglich, glatte und ebenmäßige Flächen zu schaffen, die aber noch ein wenig verformbar sind. Das gibt mir einfach mehr Kontrolle über das Material.

Meist irgendwelche Hörbücher oder ich schmeiß ein paar Serien in meinen DVD-Player rein. Nichts bestimmtes eigentlich, aber ich brauch irgendwelche Hintergrundgeräusche zum Arbeiten. :)

Oh, no idea. I really stopped to count. But at least you need to buy tools only one time. Just can tell you, that cosplay is a pretty expensive hobby. :)
