Favorite in the original? Dameon Clarke as Cell. Favorite in Kai? Dameon Clarke as Cell. XD Or Chris Ayres as Freeza. I also really enjoyed whoever played Babidi.

I could easily default to their Season 3 performances and be "that guy", but I won't. Instead, I'll just take a look at Kai and say what I took issue with there.
If I had to choose any character I thought was poorly acted... I'd say Liebrecht's Jeice. I LIKE Liebrecht, but there was always something that was just... really off about his delivery in that one. So really, not shot at him there.
Though if I had to go with Z, post Season 3... I'd say Kara Edwards. To be fair, it was her first role, but she was really stilted at first. She got a lot better over time though! -

That's a silly question.
Kyle Hebert is a good actor. He's a fun, friendly, nerdy guy who puts a lot of passion into his work. His voice for Gohan, while not my FIRST choice, is tolerable at the VERY least to me, personally. It was also his, what, second real voice role? But even if I thought it was an awful choice, I'd still like HIM. Because he's just an actor doing his job there, like any of the other actors dubs we may not like. It's up to the casting director and voice director, sometimes one in the same, to decide who plays who and how.
Not to say there aren't BAD actors or that good actors don't give bad performances from time to time.
TL;DR version? He's not a bad guy just because he MIGHT have been bad for a character. -
Dragon Boxes. Now that those are off the shelf, though, I'd... not buy the Orange Bricks. DO NOT buy the Orange Bricks. They are awful. Write FUNimation for a continuation of the Dragon Boxes and/or the Blu-Rays.
