I'd probably reinstall the Mexico City policy, which would bar federal funds to be given to international organizations to fund abortion. The repeal was the first thing Obama did, so I would start it off right.

No. I think he's doing what he perceives to be the right thing under the circumstances. He is a leftist. He is supporting the policies that he believes in and thinks can gain support to be implemented.
