A satellite cell phone that had service so I could call people to save me. If that wasn't possible, then I'd probably bring a machete, or some type of blade because that'll be really helpful for pretty much everything.

I'd do my best to enjoy what's left of my life & leave my mark on this world. xD And by that, I'd probably eat the best food I can, go skydiving, go spend time at the beach with all the people I love, and pray. :D

I would get a car from the initial D series! For some reason, those cars seem super cool to me. I don't know which one to get though. :P
