I think there is an element of taking control in letting go - it's all about finding balance - but if you are LETTING GO of the NEED to have control over aspects of your life (which is actually controlling how you live your life - i.e preventing you from doing/enjoying certain things) then you will have more control overall this way. that's what I think!!! maybe a head fuck but there is some logic i promise . . . :-)

I ALWAYS forgive and most of the time i forget. sometimes people don't mean to hurt you and they still have good hearts - I like to see the good in people and see through their flaws - after all we all have them! I think it is possible to forgive and forget in most cases. of course it depends what it i and sometimes you have to protect yourself and move on. But f a friendship is worth something and the person has a good heart, then forgetting is definitely possible xxx
