When they#'re story based cutscenes I don't mind them, in fact they can be a great way to pull you further into the game. When they're action based cutscenes though, I think it'd be better to have QTEs instead.

As an example, in Darksiders 2 there's quite a few occasions where you're watching Death finishing off a boss with a special move, or performing some amazing acrobatic feat when you could actually be controlling the action yourself, or at least being involved in it in some way.

Just like to point out that hitting yourself over the head with a baseball bat is not a good way to get to sleep. Especially if you want to be able to wake up in time to wreck havoc on the city.

The most annoying thing about Paragon for me is all the damned capes getting in the way whenever I go to the bank. Don't they know how hard it is to wash blood and gore out of velvet?

I never bother with the subtle approach these days. What with all the security cameras and satellite surveillance everywhere you might as well just make your entrance to the city as spectacular as possible, preferably with as many 'innocent bystanders' caught in the crossfire as possible.

If can can arrange for some stage show special effects at the same time all the better. :D
