It's not called Uncircumcised, there is nothing Un about it. You are either Circumcised or Intact, Whole, Natural, the way g-d, evolution or nature intended.
If you choose it for yourself good for you, it's your body.
If you had it chosen for you then your human rights have been violated.
Or if you are choosing it for someone else you are violating their human rights.
