Well for me, I never think about "messing up". Before the presentation, I always imagine how successful it would be. I usually don't think about it, I don't think about who's watching, who they are, how big or little the crowd is, how I'm going to present, or anything. the more you think, it more stage fright you will get. Just walk on stage and do what you practice or end up naturally deciding to do. Just live the moments on stage and don't think about other's opinion of you. Most likely, your audience is encouraging you to do well because they wouldn't want to sit there wasting their time to listening to someone who don't even know what their saying

Alternatively, you can go the store and ask the manager for an application.
The interview isn't hard if you are outgoing. Show that you are confident and when you are interviewing it should be a casual conversation. Don't talk as if you practiced; it's ok to think a while before answering them because it shows that you came up with those thoughts naturally.
Important key: dress casual, natural makeup, flip-flops. Dont wear black or purple since we don't sell it. No eye linear or too much hair spray. Natural hair (so no random coloring), no hair clips, don't wear earrings, no nail polish, It's secretly, prefer that you wear navy blue, white, or gray since that's what we have to wear. (it gives them a preview of what you would look like if you worked with us).
^^^ these are the rules we have to follow by when we are working as well. I suggest walking in, observe the dressing style of the employee and try to dress similar to it during the interview. I hope this helps and good luck -
UHH i would be mad because i wouldnt feel the same way towards them. Unless it was someone i liked and we both made it known that we have feelings for each other, then yeah. Other than that, no.

working for what? hollister? i dont recruit people, my manager does that. For USANA, i only recruit those who needs finanical help cause i been there, so i know how it feels. thats why i do it, but they would have to be willing to work. For my photography company, i am very picky who i recruit, i would interview them first to see if i like their personally and so forth. why?

Everything that shaped me to who i am today, was thanks to _____. For being in my life, showing me the good and bad of everything. For fucking me over, so i can be a stronger person.
