
How'd you lose all the weight?
It was a long haul. So many key factors. Went vegetarian, then vegan. Was working at a pool teaching up to sixteen hours of swimming a week. Got into biking and tennis. Got all new favorite foods.
More recently I have been swimming laps. Like, two miles every time. It's my go to. Biking is fantastic but I've never been able to see results and keep weight off like with swimming! I highly recommend it!
My routine is as follows, if you're interested:
25 laps(there and back, not lengths) of kick with a flutter board
10-15 laps of breast stroke
25-30 laps of front crawl(with goggles)
TOTALING 65 LAPS.
