      When you say you've been pretty much awake since Wednesday, do you just not get tired and feel alright and do have energy to do stuff or is it sort of a severe case of insomnia, where you actually are desperate for sleep, but for the life cannot?

      It really depends on if I'm well or not. Sometimes medications or treatments have icky side effects. About a year ago I started sleeping on a Sleep Number bed...that made a huge difference! :)

      For someone starting to do meditation, what book and/or cd (for music or guided mediation?) would you recommend? Hope you're doing well! =)

      I don't have any recommendations. I just focus on a color, then my breathing, then let go of everything else.

      I sing a lot. I'm sure that's annoying. I've also been told that I'm too happy.
