Depends what position in your society/environment is. (If you know what I mean)

Idk, all the times my cat has seen me dress, shower etc.. would be creepy. Like "Hey, your boobs got bigger" or "Hey, maybe you should shave your legs".. It would be fucked up. But then, if they could talk, you would be used to it, wouldn't you, and then you would expect it, and you would just be more cautious around animals, like you are around people. And their intelligence would be at the same level of the modern human too, if they could form sentences and tell their thoughts precisely, and then they wouldn't be animals would they? I mean, they would either be humanoids or humans? Well, some humans are animals already.. Idk, I am just rambling, today has been a hard day.
