There's never been any pictures shared of Himaruya. Any pictures rumored to be him have been proven to be just rumors.

So far FUNimation is doing a subtitled simulcast of the new season. I'm not sure what the dubbing may be like, but I'm sure it'll be similar to before.

That's weird. I never disabled them, it seems formspring now requires people to sign up to ask questions. That's annoying! The change must have been recent, because the last anon question I received was on the 1st... I can't find any news about it, so I'll try to make an inquiry about the change.
If it's irreversible, I'll have to look for an alternative. I want the anon feature. :/ -
I'm not sure if they'll let American phones access the content (I don't have a smart phone, so...), but before when the new episodes were released, they would post a QR code on the hetalia.com website in the news section.

I dunno, there are some mature 20 year olds. I'm not sure why Himaruya chose those ages.

At one point in time Himaruya had come up with a list with physical ages for some of the characters. According to that list, Germany and Italy have the same physical age: 20.

Correct, he's not in volumes 4 or 5, so I doubt he'll appear in season 5. -

Depends on who's subbing it. When it was a fansub group like gg, it took a few days for it to be subbed. When spaceinvaderdud was subbing them, it only took him a day or two, but I haven't heard anything from him lately, so I'm not sure who will end up fansubbing the new season.

As with the previous seasons, the new Hetalia episodes will first be released on Fridays via mobile video (just for cellphones basically). On Mondays the episode will be released on the web for everyone else to see, which is what we'll be waiting for. I'll probably change the airdate to the Monday releases.
