Considering I have "American" in the name, it may be hard to do that, though the American Red Cross does well with international recognition.

While we are in the midst of a Global Economic Crisis, it is important from my perspective for Americans to take responsibility for their own actions (and inactions) that helped create the crisis. By teaching kids in our country the very fundamentals of how to manage finances (which most schools do not teach), we can ensure future generations do not suffer the same setbacks that we did (as long as they are strong enough and smart enough not to let greed control them).
