
What does your diet consist of?
I am going to write a more in-depth blog post about this later (and I know I have been neglecting my blog for some time now), but my typical daily diet consists of an all-fruit smoothie in the morning with whey protein supplement and an all-grain whole wheat roll, light snacks throughout the day consisting of a combination of various nuts, berries, apples, raisins, vegetables and protein supplement, and a dinner that is some variety of salad, beans, nuts and whole wheat pasta. Needless to say, a vegetarian lifestyle does not mean I need to be starving. I am plenty full by day's end, get plenty of nutrients, and feel great!
