For me personally, it would be someone i trust, that cares about me and i care about in return, someone whom even if i got into a fight with would still be a friend afterwards. Someone who would tell me the truth no matter how much it hurt, honestly as well. Though tact with that truth and honesty is optional but appreciated. That is about all i can think of at the moment.
