If we're talking about playing a different instrument, I'd have to say piano/keys. Such a versatile instrument that, much like guitar, can be used for any style of music :)
If we're talking about a totally different profession, I'd say it's a tie between medicine or policing. I've got lots family and friends in both professions and they've been of great interest me :)
