Typically during summertime (late May till early September) when the weather is still above 90*F at night, supper is usually cooked between 1045p and 1145p so the heat from the oven and/or the stove does not add excessive heat to the house! Cooking at a regular time of 430p and 7:00p is terrible with the outside temperature of 99*F or hotter!
