Why did you start eating meat again?
i really just felt like eating a cheeseburger so i did. i eat primarily vegetarian still but ive found that forcing myself to comply with the rules of a label doesnt coincide with the way i want to live my life. i think that what is most important is if something brings us happiness, we should do it - as long as we are conscious of what we are doing and what repercussions those things may have upon ourselves and the rest of the world.

What has been your favorite moment of being a mother so far?
My favorite moment of motherhood so far has been the first time she actually smiled at me. It was really that first spark of interactivity that made her feel like a real little person. A real little person with little feelings. Like, oh mamma! you make me as happy as I make you!
