Well, life changes. I've been through a lot. I can't always be that happy, bubbly amazing person anymore. I can't pretend anymore. Sorry if that disappoints you, but I just can't. I've deteriorated with time.

I'm still cool. But when people ask me stupid things and annoy the shit out of me, I'm not going to reply with happy answers. People just bother me. CERTAIN people. That doesn't mean I'm any different then I user to be.

Stephen and I have been together since day one. Our mothers met when they were pregnant with us, so we’ve literally known each other since we were born. I grew up with this kid, and his whole family. Vinny (his brother) and Stephen are basically my brothers. I love Stephen to death, but we’ve grown really distant over the years. I guess we kind of drifted and got into different things, and it’s definitely safe to say that he’s been putting certain things before his friends lately. I miss Stephen. I wish we could just go back to the way things were, but it takes two to tango. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to him, but I usually don’t get the same effort in return. Regardless of any of this, Stephen will always be my very best friend.
Zack moved to Piscataway in 6th grade. I was his first friend here. We “liked” each other for a while, but that’s old news. Zack’s something special. I can’t name a single legitimate moment where he has ever hurt me. He knows some of the deeper stuff about me, and has always been there for me. I can’t explain how I feel about this kid. When I see him in the hallway, my face lights up because I’m just so glad to have this amazing person in my life. Zack is one of my most treasured friends, and I love him with all of my heart.
Joe, oh Joe. My relationship with him is kind of weird. I guess it’s more based on me being in the middle of him and his ex-girlfriend, since she’s my best female friend. I’ve always been there to help both of them through their relationship shit. Joe has always appreciated me for that, but I feel like he kind of uses me sometimes to find out about this girl’s life & whatnot. Despite this, Joe and I have been best friends since 5th grade. I love him so much. He’s my big Dominican teddy bear. And even though he hits on me when he’s horny, he will always be my big bro. His new car is amazing, by the way. Definitely a ride to remember.
I know you think it’s weird that I’m calling all three of these boys my best friends, but it’s really not. I’ve grown up with them, and even though we’ve all grown apart over the years, we all know that our houses are open to one another at any time. We know that our group will always remain. I love my boys. <3
