Also, I don't like mushrooms, eggs, or oysters.
They make me gag.

With a few solo albums publicly released, writing music and musicals, and performing in shows, whether in Australia or worldwide.
Failing that, or perhaps *as well as* that, I'd like to think that I had a shot at at least a recurring role, if not a regular role on a TV comedy.

I like to shower. I know, right?! It seems odd, but I like to think that I'm doing humanity a favour by doing that, because otherwise they'd be subjected to a non-showered me. A non-showered me is nowhere near as stomachable as a showered me.

I also play the piano/flute/guitar daily.

And Facebook.

And play with my cat.

Other than that, good! Relaxed, not stressful... I have a girlfriend whom I love dearly, I'm making money from making music, which is all I've ever wanted to do... And I'm in a production of one of my all-time favourite musicals.

Yesterday, when I asked to borrow my brother's bike instead of having to pump up the tyres on mine and be late to the markets. Mum got mad at me for not being independent, I tried to point out that that had nothing whatsoever to do with my bike, she wasn't happy, I walked out and rode off.

When I got home, it was completely forgotten.

I once tried going 24 hours without listening to music, just to see if I could do it. I was fine with putting my phone on silent, avoiding shopping centers and leaving my iPod at home, not playing the piano or flute or guitar. But that evening I was getting ready to go to bed and I suddenly felt the most depressed I had ever felt, and it was because I had given up one of the few things I can't live without. So that's my definition of a true love of music, because I was surprised when I realised I was feeling the same emotions I would if any other love left me.

But I think, if you can't be yourself without having something to do with music, if you wish you were anywhere near as talented as the people creating the music, if you always have a song stuck in your head or even just you miss listening to it, then you love music, and they're pretty obvious descriptions :)

I definitely prefer cold and rainy over warm and sunny. First of all, I love tomato soup and hot chocolate, and they don't go well with hot weather. I also... I dunno, I just really like rain. Especially when I'm inside and warm cuddling my cat and listening to good music. And I've never really liked sunny days anyhow.

Apart from musicals, I really love songwriters who can actually sing, rather than them having to use 'effects' to hit the notes. Also, (again, obviously excluding musicals) people who sing their own music, not covers or having someone else write for them.
In particular Alan Parsons, Adam Pascal, Billy Joel, Owl City, Jason Robert Brown, Laura Bell Bundy, Elton John, George Harrison, Mike Oldfield, George Benson, Icehouse and The Arrogant Worms.
