I have liked music my whole life, but I started learning to play when I was about 15 years old.

There are some things I kind of wish I had done differently in hindsight, but it's too late for that. Thinking about it won't accomplish anything, all I can do is move forward and try not to fuck up again.

It's sooo hard for me to pick a favorite. I've been listening to Dying Fetus a lot lately, lots of Morbid Angel, Portishead, Danzig, Psychosomatic...I really don't think I could pick just one band.

There are so many bands I want to see live, I don't even know where to start. I wish I could go back to the early 90's and see Skinny Puppy live, I want to see Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, Spawn of Possession, I want to see Morbid Angel again, I'd like to see BILE live, GWAR, Pig, RevCo back in the Linger Fickin Good days, I'd love to see the original Dead Kennedys, the original Misfits, Black Flag, lots of bands I never got to see that have since broken up like Babes in Toyland, Switchblade Symphony, Christian Death, Bauhaus...

I think my first record was some radio Disney thing I had as a kid, the first cassette that I bought myself was Appetite for Destruction from Guns N Roses when I was in 8th grade, my first CD was an Ultra Lounge compilation called "The Crime Scene" and I think the first digital download was the Matador song from Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.

Seriously. I don't like it. So what? I don't have to like it. Christmas has always been a time of extreme irritation, disappointment and depression for me. The music gets on my nerves, I hate all the crowds everywhere and when I used to work in retail, I hated having to deal with all the assholes that would freak the fuck out because the store was out of EVERYTHING 2 days before the fucking holiday was about to arrive. Fuck Christmas. Right in its ass.
