I know right? The fact that I'm human guarantees it's going to be like that. Where my life is right now, the people who actually know me can understand why my outlook on life is the way it is currently.

I believe no one really knows the true answer. The Bible is meant to be taken in metaphor and base value. I think people overthink certain parts of the Bible as well.
I dont think some 7 headed dragon with a whore on it's back is going to fly out of the sky during the apocalypse.
