      What band has influenced you the most throughout your career?

      I think as a whole, we have been pretty influenced by Muse and the Foo Fighters. Not entirely musically, but just being influential and inspiring musicians. -eric

      Would you consider doing more acoustic tracks or possibly even an acoustic album.

      We have considered releasing some b-sides on an acoustic Ep or something at some point. will definitely consider it!

      Heard some of your songs from "Kings". I love the big, chunky guitar riffs. Where are you taking the "I Am Empire" sound in your third record?

      Fender makes our favorite guitars! They work wonderfully for everything we do. I don't know what I would do without my Strat.

      Hey guys, I'm currently in my first band, working on songs, you know. Can you tell me something about writing songs? What do you write first, instrumental parts or the vox, what comes first, chorus or verse. How does it all start off? Thanks

      there are no rules, which is musics greatest attribute. do what feels good! sometimes we write music first and then austin writes lyrics. sometimes austin puts the lyrics as upmost important, and uses complimentary chords to help him communicate said lyrics. hope that helps -eric
