No, the heat from the noodles, as well as from the chicken broth/veggie mixture will be just enough to melt the cream cheese and ricotta to create a nice, creamy mixture/sauce. All you have to do is pour everything into a large bowl, toss until the cheeses are melted and the noodles are coated, and serve warm. I hope this explanation helps!

They are my babies and I love them to pieces! Caster (http://www.flickr.com/photos/jentilley/5244215985/) is a boxer mix who is four and Tugboat (http://www.flickr.com/photos/jentilley/5244216001/) is a lab mix who will be three this month! Thanks for asking about them!

Thanks for asking! Here is a helpful site that covers all that you ever wanted to know about eggs, including sizes and equivalents: http://whatscookingamerica.net/Eggs/EggEquivalent.htm. If the recipe calls for 3 large eggs, your wife should use 3 XL eggs. I hope this helps!

I'm craving Tilapia right now so I would love to prepare that for dinner tonight. One of my favorite ways to enjoy Tilapia is to bake it with a Parmesan crust. I like to serve it over a bed of garlic and herb rice with Bell Pepper Salad drizzled over top and a salad on the side.

I'm definitely a vanilla person. I love the smell, the taste...everything about it. My husband is a chocoholic so baking tasty treats that we both like is always a challenge!

We don't have any cereal in the house (*gasp*) so I had a glass of tomato juice with a bagel and cream cheese.

In the kitchen, I would love to master knife skills. I think a class is definitely in order, especially after the mishap I had back in December...ouch!

I always have to start my days off with breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day! This morning I had a bowl of Rice Krispies (I love cereal) and a huge glass of OJ.
