Has anyone deteremined what the new "must have" caps for dodge, parry, block are now that defense has been removed?
I don't think so. It depends alot on your class. For Paladins, Mastery and Dodge will be more valuable than Parry while Warriors will value parry slightly more because of the talent, Hold The Line.
