Hi Bonnie! You are such an inspiration. I have a beautiful sewing machine, a hankering to use it, and very little by way of skill. Do you have any book/Internet recommendations for someone like me? Perhaps a personal instructor is in order?
hi! aw, thank you! lol, i started out with NO skill! you can still learn to make beautiful things and the skills will come in time. start with simple projects like napkins, placemats, pillow cases, and curtains to gain some confidence. i love 'simple sewing' by lotta jansdotter, it's one of the first books i started with!
