My spring internship is almost over and I have a summer one to start right after. However, we never made a final date when I started the internship as to when it would end. How do I give my two weeks notice?
Hmm...it sounds to me like you just need to have a conversation with your supervisor. Typically, there is an end date to internships and you do not need to give two weeks notice.
