      What other mad skills are you working on aside from hooping?

      I just got a contact staff :D And I'm working on utilizing the new spin rings on my fire fans annnd isolation hoop... okay, so it's still hoop but... it's different >__> I'm also trying to get more bendy (I don't think it's working).

      So, I just thought I should mention this: Despite me generally not being interested in hooping (as there are hoopers where I live), I find you to make the subject fun, interesting, and sexy. Just thought you should know! :)

      RE: Tumblr posts- Reverse strips: love them! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, those oatmeal cookie shots- do you know the ingredients/recipe? Someone made one for me once and it was aaammmaaazing!

      It went down really well! Even after utilizing the bar tab to it's fullest I managed to get my bra on behind my back haha. And I sure do; it's white rum (Malibu) and a liquer called Frangelico (:

      Try doing a google search of fire groups in your area, otherwise http://www.tribe.net/ and http://www.homeofpoi.com have forums where you can meet people around where you live.

      Reading about your burlesque adventures (on tumblr) inspires me. I fire hoop, and have always wanted to somehow combine the two... How did you crossover to burlesque, or did you start there?

      I started with hoop and fire dancing. When I moved to the city I looked up burlesque classes and found some through a burlesque troupe. I took the classes, did the graduation show and then started getting asked back to perform with the troupe and I also applied (and got) a job as a burlesque dancer at a club at the same time. It's all about chasing it down! I do hoop burlesque, but not fire hoop; I'd be too scared a piece of clothing I was removin would get caught on one of the wicks and get set alight! Good luck!

      thanks tons =D and i love your tumblr by the way <3 im definitely gonna look into it... my parents dont really want me to cuz they think its a waste of time but i dunno, its just something about it that draws me in

      Thank you <3 Oh it's definitely not a waste of time! It's great exercise, and wonderful for co-ordination. Since I started fire dancing I've gained more confidence and motivation to learn new things. Plus it's always nice to have a variety of skills (:
