      I am trying to create a brand. what are some tips you advise?

      Learn your field and stay interested in it, keep a close eye on that community and engage. Facebook and Twitter are amazing ways to do this. Blogging helps as well. Also learn about brands doing cool things in areas that may not be exactly what you're doing. For example, a lot of my tea inspiration comes from cool beer companies.

      haha! Not that I'm aware of, but it never hurts.

      You mentioned on your blog that you made a tea with brussel sprouts, was that really good?

      Absolutely! Brussels sprouts add a charming nutty sweet flavor many wouldn't expect from the little cabbage. I'm working with it further to decide what type of tea it blends best with. Hopefully the Brussels sprout will be part of a Handmade Tea blend soon!
