Hey lovely! Try wearing that long plaid shirt with a thick waist belt! Use that & just play with the length to where you want it. It would go with your skinny jeans and whatever you want to pair that with.. flats, boots, heels, etc!

Hey girl! Tried keeping the outfit simple, the dress ($20), blazer ($30) & shoes ($20) are all from Forever 21. Keep the blazer on for the presentation and while walking around school just have the dress on. Hope this works for you. <3

sincityheather: I wear all kinds of make up, but it depends on where I’m going. Make up I most commonly use are: foundation, eyeliner & mascara.
iamspacecake: nowadays, foundation,eyeshadow&eyeliner. -
We had a feeling we would be asked this! Haha, but it means basically what it says. Haute Couture which means, high fashion; the most fashionable and influential dressmaking and designing. And then there’s make up. We just put together two things that we are both passionate about & named our blog that! :)

sincityheather: I LOVE rings and bracelets. I don’t always have a necklace on though, I guess it depends on what I’m wearing first, and that’s how I decide if I’m going to accessorize or not.
iamspacecake: my pearl necklace has been my number one. but lately ive been obsessing with sunglassese! -
sincityheather: Hm, this is a hard question for me to answer because I LOVE make-up! :) I don’t really know what I would consider “too much make-up”. I guess I would have to say.. really heavy harsh eyeshadow, noticeable blush & bronzer lines, over the top lipstick is what I would call too much make-up. I do believe make up can be applied wrong & not blended the way it should be, and that I can see would result in looking like “too much make-up”. But I strongly think that if you apply your make up correctly then you wouldn’t have this problem. I believe it’s all about the make-up application rather than the amount you have on. TIP: if you’re wearing smokey eye make up + dark lips, that would equal a no no. Keep eyes simple and then rock the dark lips, or keep lips nude & rock the dark smokey eye make up.

We’re not exactly sure where it’s from, but we think it’s from Hellz Bellz.

The t-shirt is from Top Shop, the jeans are from Juicy Couture, the sandals, bag & ring are from Forever 21 and the necklace is from Monsoon Accessorize.

hey girl! yeah of course, there are other cheap make up brands out there that you get your moneys worth. I recommend these drugstore brands (in no order) & I have listed some of my favorites from that brand.

Hmm. Well what I do sometimes when my jeans or shorts get a little too tight, I throw them in the washer and then once it is done, I stretch it out a little by hand, be careful when stretching it, you don't want it to lose it's shape or anything. Btw, ty! We are very flattered to be your tumblr crush, xoxo <3

hmm.. you can try straightening your hair before curling it. Make sure to spray your hair with a heat protecting spray. Use a 1" inch straightener. Section your hair, do the bottom first & then the top. Clamp about an inch wide of a strip of your hair, start somewhere by your ear, turn it outward one whole turn, and pull it down. Repeat till your done. Finish your look with a shine serum or this product from the body shop.

I personally haven't tried that product but some people I know use it and they have thick hair and they say it helps them keep their hair under control.
Hope this helps! -
Hey, sure! I like them both. It depends on the coverage and finish you're looking for. The best foundation I’ve used & recommend is MAC’s studio fix fluid, a drugstore brand that I find comparable is Revlon’s ColorStay Foundation. And the coverage is medium but buildable. And for powder foundation, I like MAC’s studio fix powder plus foundation<3

As much as I would like to make a video, I can’t right now, I need to get a new camera first :) But I can give you some tips! Make sure to use a base so that your eyeshadows will stay on longer without creasing. If you’re on a budget revlon illuminance creme shadows will work fine & since you want to stick to neutral colors, I recommend revlon’s creme shadows in “not just nudes”. And you can pair that with maybelline’s eye shadow quad in chai latte & then line your eyes with revlon’s colorstay eyeliner in black brown :)
