It varies a lot. Some times once a day. Right now it was weeks since the last one.

Some stuff is hard. Walking uphill is one. Tieing shoe laces another. I also find it hard to do stairs. Getting in and out of some chairs/sofas. But I like that.

Mix ingridients and put in the fridge for an hour. Mix again and drink while cold. -

I wake up, shower and eats a big breakfast. Taking the bus to work. Teaching and a snackbreak. More teaching and lunch. Teaching/conference and a snackbreak. Hitting the gym. Seeing friends/resting at home. Dinner and TV. Sleep. Repeat.

After a long day of walking someone cleaned and massaged my feet.
