I'd say the overall opinion we have on Friendly Fires is positive, yep. :)

how right you are! but that is a real Christmas treat, you might have to wait a little bit longer, but your patience will be rewarded :)

Hey Steffi! We kidnapped the lovely Marianne yesterday afternoon and we're just now putting our hands on the footage to let you have a sip with the teaser as soon as possible. It is very likely we'll happily film her again very early in January, but we cannot quite spoil the surprise for you yet! But we can tell you they say Oslo is beautiful in January... ;)

we miss releasing new stuff too! we have been away from the office filming but hopefully something will come to you soon too. Had brilliant sessions with The Jude and Little Comets and some new stuff that's not exactly sessions... but you don't want us to spoil the surprise for you, do you? ;) xx

Not yet but we feel head over feet for "When The Laughter's Gone" so we're sure it's going to be amazing! As those four ladies are! We are just humbled and honoured that we could spread the word about how amazing they are! :)

we're undergoing the "picking" process right now. Should be out either later today or tomorrow :) stay tuned xx

it will take a while, there are lots of goodies coming out before, but yeah, will definite be something interesting and soooo energetic!

We know!!! aren't they something else!?!?

finished at lunchtime unfortunately, sorry we don't receive anonymous question notifications by email anymore... so our answers get delayed sometimes...
-
they sound soooo good don't they? we're impressed because the last couple of session have sprang from artists whose albums are just a complete non-skip. Have a listen to Toy Horses and see what we mean :)

because we try to be too neat :P

We like Miss Hampton's music very much, and now that you suggested it maybe it's time for us to rightfully see if we can manage to kidnap her too :)
-
Should've been online yesterday but had a few issues with our servers so it's been slightly pushed back. We are being hopeful for a release on Monday, but will keep you posted on the Facebook/Twitter xx

GITC is Fred AND Ginger as well, but if you're looking for her specifically you might have better luck here http://www.formspring.me/londonergroupie

Uh that's an interesting one, which got us into a very interesting discussion here at GITC. We all agree in the end, the Netherlands seems to be the best mix of mutual respect and warmth towards the artists. We'll go and be very obvious and rhetoric here, but seems like anything northern than that, like the UK, gets too much lost in the first, so much so that sometimes they might seem cold (unless properly drunk of course :P), and anything southern, they just become unreasonably crazy in a way that sometimes put the whole fun of it at risk. x

sorry we could not manage to keep this up :( From Bielefeld on things got out of hand very very quickly, phones died at an unexpectedly high rate and in the end we almost left half of our kits in Paris. Back on the rock now finally and it feels like a year since we went to Munich to begin this splendid adventure. We had the time of our lives, not sure there are words in the english language that could convey the proper amount of greatness this experience has been to us...

Ouch we missed this one, yesterday was a bit hectic, ironically since it was a day-off officially... today's Bielefeld though, and we expect great things! Quick recap of Utrecht should also be up soon, wireless is a tricky thing to find for enough time when you're on-the-road!!!
