Hard to choose but I might say the best was Him. It was pretty ballsy of them to basically put the devil in a kid's show and while he wasn't nearly as creepy or threatening as he should have been for a lot of it, the one where he takes over Bubble's stuffed octopus and starts manipulating her is rather interesting.

As far as the worst go I feel a little spoiled for choice, but I guess maybe Femme Fatale. There were a lot of characters that I feel were just boring, but Femme Fatale was something else, she was basically trying to preach the message to children that feminism was a fundamentally flawed ideology. That's never sat right with me.
