Honestly, it is not an issue with me if an act is mainstream or not, as long as their music is really good. Paramore is no exception. I like them. Also, I have seen them live, and they're good enough for me... although I was disappointed that they only played for an hour and a half though. But then again, I can't even imagine them playing for 3 hours. That would be, um, insane, if I keep thinking about it.

And my favorite song from Paramore so far is Playing God, which is from their recent album Brand New Eyes (they are already mainstream by that "era", I think). It just happened that I like a lot of songs from their first two albums compared to their recent one. Crushcrushcrush (from Riot!) is another overplayed song on my iTunes, and I think there's nothing wrong with that. Emergency is great, too! That's the first Paramore song I've ever heard, and if I'm not mistaken, that's their second single ever.
