Well, I really love to cook and bake. I truly enjoy it and think that always helps the dish when you're excited to be making it. I love working with fresh, organic produce, pastas, and grains. I love making homemade bread from scratch. I think that the things I make are fairly simple, especially since I've gone vegan, but with a twist. I used to make a mean maple dijon samon with cheddar asparagus though, back in my seafood eating days!

Well, for a long time I was a vegetarian and he wasn't, and its not that him eating meat disgusted me, but it was a lot of work to cook separate meals. The things I make fun of him for food-wise are that he drowns everything in sauce. I tell him he would dip his BBQ sauce in BBQ sauce. Or if I make something expensive or fancy and then he dumps steak sauce on it I tell him that would offend the chef if we weren't at home! Wait! I just thought of it. He loves Vault and Mountain Dew! I can't stand the smell, even washing the cups is torture. I also hate the smell of artificial cinnamon candy and beef sticks. But I don't have to prepare those things so as long as he doesn't breathe on me its fine!

Bewitched! I've loved that show ever since I was a little girl and I stared buying up the DVDs as soon as they started releasing the seasons. Sex and the City is up there too though- that was on during such a fun time period in my life!

No, I don't have one, but my grandma won one and absolutely loves it! And she has the most beautiful teeth!

I'm actually married. :) But its getting more difficult to accomplish things on the website during the day now that my son is a toddler and constantly on the go, so I mostly work once he goes to bed at night or IF he naps.

I think the best way to raise self esteem is to fill your life with as many people and things that make you happy as possible. For me, reading and writing brings me happiness and even when I feel ugly or like what I'm doing isn't good enough, if I can sit down and write something that I'm proud of it brings me happiness and makes me feel better about myself. Or if writing isn't doing it for me I start an old book that I remember loving or even just go outside and take pictures of pretty things and try to remember to enjoy just being. I hope this helps some, I know self esteem can be hard to get going upwards when its low.

I usually remember the dream that I was having right before I woke up, but rarely do I remember it by the time I'm up and getting around. I think that's probably why they say keep a dream journal by your bed to write in right when you wake up, but I don't. I did have a reaccuring dream as a child about the Poky Little Puppy.

I would absolutely love to travel alone! The first thing that comes to mind is Rome for some reason. But I think I'd really like to go meet some Galapagos turtles. I just think they'd like me.

No, I don't think I have. Initially Bliss YAWKI came to mind because it smells so citrusy, but I guess that doesn't make it a Vitamin C Serum.

My favorite cosmetics brand is currently NARS- I love my Pleasures of Paris palette and the bridal palette. And my favorite skincare is Peter Thomas Roth's Unwrinkle line. Of all the skincare I've tried this year, PTR gave my skin the most amazing glow!

I really love the Chanel Rouge Allures! Admirable is my favorite. :)

I buy most of what I review, which is why I haven't had a lot of reviews lately. I don't actually contact a company to send me things, but sometimes I do get contacted and then I just decide if its something I'd be interested in using before I say yay or nay. I like to get my friends/ and family in on trying those sorts of things also because its fun to share and then you get multiple perspectives. What I do need to get my butt into gear on though is trying to arrange more giveaways!!!

Chanel Sirop or MAC Via Veneto Dazzleglass! I kind of think most of the Dazzleglasses end up looking alike once I put them on though, so I love them all!
-
Not currently. I really wanted the Carmine Smokey Eyes Palette, the 226 brush, and a Feline Kohl Power, but two of them were rereleased and I grabbed them up and Michele found the palette for me at a CCO! :)

I gave up meat about a year ago because I became aware that I had no idea what I was putting into my body and it concerned me. Our food is so over treated with hormones and harsh chemicals that are affecting the way our bodies function and most of us don't even realize it. Food animals are so often kept in unsanitary conditions and fed a diet that is very unnatural to them. So I also stopped eating eggs and dairy for the same reason, as well as nonorganic produce. I know its still not always what they claim it to be but at least I feel like I'm taking a step towards being proactive about what goes into my body. Now from there I started watching documentaries and reading up on the topics and I realized how inhumane and cruel our diets tend to be, but that actually came second for me- reverse of most vegetarian/vegans. I don't try to push my food choices on anyone else, and I do think its a personal decision and definitely a constant learning process.

He will be 2 in March and he's always really loved letters for some reason! He can identify all 26 letters visually and he points them out EVERYWHERE! We walk through the store he's pointing and saying "Y", "H", "C" at the signs. We learned the numbers by walking around Target and pointing out the giant red sale signs, so he also knows 1-9 visually, but not actually "how much" they are. Can you tell I'm proud, I'm gushing here. :D

Mascara. I prefer mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick if I'm absolutely in a hurry to get out the door, but I will go with just mascara.
-
I've never been into McDonalds or Burger King, but I used to really love Wendy's, especially back when they had those "Frescata" sandwiches!
