You pretty much nailed it on the head. Creative Social Marketing is basically leveraging social networking websites in ways that other users would have never thought of. Basically becoming creative with a marketing strategy such as a custom Facebook page or even adding a banner to the brand new Twitter brand pages and including a custom hashtag within the banner.
