People of ALL creeds,races,religons, and schools of thought are welcomed with open arms :) I'm not going to say there's not ANY racism in masonry, as there is ignorant people in all facets of social life. The only religious requirement to become a freemason is that you must have belief in deity. In One Supreme God.

You would have to ask the man who designed it on that one. I know masonry has many symbols theve adopted from alot of different areas of thought. People shouldn't read TOO much into the symbolism in the dollar bill ;)

What happens in a lodge is alot of fancy talk, what kinda charity projects were planning for the next month, voting on different things. And basically enjoying each others company. Lodges do not change location unlessbtgere is a extenuating circumstances.

Freemasons don't hate Islam people or tradition. Freemasons are not going to change our traditions and ceremoneys though. At the time of the first established grand lodge, the country wasn't even formed yet and our ceremoneys are majority Christian with some slight undertones :)

What I'm supposed to say here is that were a society with secrets not a secret society. We carry traditions down from time immortal, that teach us how to be better men. Sorta like parables in the bible. Although I'm sorry to say that alot of men join because my ;dad, granddad, uncle etc... Was a freemason. While admirable, that's not the very best reason to join. An all that ruling the world business is just cloak and dagger stuff, while it's true we have a vast membership within positions of power, that is not our agenda.
