The "Nobody But My Body Workshop" will help you to:
• Develop a sense of compassion for yourself and your body issues
• Combat shame and isolation by sharing your struggle with others who feel as you do
• Learn to listen to your inner voice and come from a place of empowerment and choice with food/eating
• Be able to identify the effects of body image/food issues on your relationships with yourself and others and to transform these relationships
• Gain an understanding of underlying issues related to body image/food issues
• Express and embrace your feelings
• Learn to love your body and reconnect with body and spirit
