      Are the flat outs vegan? It t say if enzymes are animal or plant.

      Hello Flatout is currently not vegan because of the L-Cysteine however, that ingredient is being removed from our breads and in the next 2 months we are rolling out a new recipe that will be vegan. We're very excited!!

      we love flatout bread - but can never find an expiration date on package???

      Hello,

      Thank you for your question. The expiration date is placed on Flatout by the store at which you purchase it, and should be on the front of the package either in the white box in the lower left hand side of the package or across the front.

      Flatout has a 14 day shelf life and is generally put out fresh daily in the store. If you have any concerns about the expiration date please check with the deli manager at the store where you purchased Flatout.

      my question is do the white flatouts have any artificial sweeteners in them?

      we love your flat-out breads however they always seem to stick together after we open the bag. We do seal the bag back up and have tried storing in the refridgerator and also in the bread drawer. But they always stick together, so stopped buying them.

      I purchased your Flatout Multigrain baked flatbread crisps. Had it on my shelf, unopened for several weeks. Did not see any expiration date on bag. When I opened it, crackers were rancid. Soooooo disappointed. Should I try again?? Is that from

      How does the amount of yeast used in the Lite Original compare to the amount of yeast in 2 slices of whole wheat bread?

      Hi thank you for your question. It is not possible for us to know how much yeast is in a commercial loaf of bread you would buy at the store. However all Flatout products contain less than 2% yeast. We hope this helps.

      how to store /?

      Hello, thank you for your question. You can store Flatout in the refrigerator or in your pantry where you keep your other breads or tortillas. You can also freeze our breads for up to 4 months.

      I just bought two packages of your Flatout wraps. We were having company and I had planned on making our sandwiches with them. I tried separating the wraps and they all were kind of wet and all stuck together. I had always been happy in the past. Glo

      Just wanted to confirm with you, that I have purchased more than one pkg of flatout and have had success with freezing. you just need to let thaw at rooom temp for about an hour before trying to seperate(spelled wrong). Mary

      Yes, you can freeze Flatout for up to 4 months and let them defrost on the counter. You can defrost in the microwave if desired wrapped in paper towels.

      What is the source of the protein content in your flat out products? I have never seen bread with the grams of protein that yours has.

      Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, our products can be frozen for up to 4 months. They can be defrosted in 30 minutes by laying them flat on a counter top.

      I bought Flatout tomato bread yesterday .It wad hard to read the expireration date it lookedlike Sept.17 2011 but that is today. Someine else said it looked lilke se me 2012. Please advise me if it can be eaten today.

      Hello, thank you for your question. The expiration date is hand applied by the store. It is fresh for 14 days from the time the store puts in on the shelf. Where did you purchase the product? We would recommend inquiring when they put it on the shelf.

      I would like to order via mail order. If I do this I realize there is a minimum to buy so I need to know how long is the shelf life of the wraps, foldits, and chips? Thank you

      Hi, thank you for your question. Our Flatout and Foldit's can be frozen for up to 4 months. The crisps if unopened can last up to 3 months.

      For comparable calories, we use either "Flat-out light wraps", or another company's "sandwich thins" . The sandwich thins are available in Rye, and go great with our ham. We really do prefer the Flat-outs, can we get them in Rye?
