I reply to emails about once per week and answer these questions about once per month. It's something I enjoy doing though. I blog for the shits and giggles and it's nothing to do with my actual business, so there's no pressure and I can be more honest with people. There are never enough hours in the day though.

A good domain is either worth a lot from the start, or has no value at all. I'm not sure what would "potentially" make it a good domain? All domains are potentially good if the site evolves in to something worth visiting!

Ever since I quit my day job, I've been declaring the money I make from affiliate marketing. Tax evasion isn't my cup of tea. As for working from Thailand, it doesn't really make a difference. My business is registered in the UK and that's where the company house is, so I'm effectively just taking a really long holiday.

0.35 EPC from ad to offer page, or from landing page to offer page? I've said it many times but if you can't get profitable on the first attempt, capture the data for yourself and have another stab at it. In any case, it's probably the targeting that's failing you or the offer itself.

Is this a trick question? I look in my wallet.

Radiohead are the best band in the world today. No band has evolved in to as many forms of greatness as they have over the years. I still like Coldplay though. They're a bit dumbed down and samey, but it's easy listening. Good background music.

Problem with Formspring is the questions are anonymous so I have no idea who you are!

I'm pretty sure they're out there somewhere. No lies.

I've run dating offers on PPV before, and there's potential there. But you're going to find it challenging to do straight arbitrage marketing. If you want to use PPV for dating, focus on getting opt-ins instead. You'll lose too much traffic on eyeballs that don't qualify for the offer if you aren't capturing the data for yourself.

Because I'm not a traditional blogger and I don't have much time. Blogging is 5% of my income, actual affiliate marketing is the other 95%. The POF guys sorted the fake impressions for me in the same way that they've sorted any of my other concerns in the last year. Affiliate marketers should love POF. One of the few companies willing to extend a hand to us - the ugly ducklings - of the marketing world.

You mean there's actually an opinion that it's not okay? I work from home so if I want to scratch my balls and fart the night away, that's my divine right.

I do occasionally. I stick mainly to Europe though. If you're looking for Latin America dating offers, check out Adsimilis. Use my dirty aff link if you're feeling generous - http://finchsells.com/adsimilis-network

It's logic that used to confuse me too. But the reality is that you get what you pay for, I guess. I've spoken to some people who think the free sites are a waste of time and full of members that aren't really interested in anything serious. It doesn't really matter why it works. But the fact that so many people are still advertising dating sites on the platform shows that it does.

It's pretty hard to answer questions and act as some public adviser when I've got my own business to run! I do reply to questions...eventually.

I don't really understand what you mean. You have a good set of keywords and a niche product idea...but you can't find the product on a network? That's called an opportunity. If there's a gap in the market and nobody else is offering a solution, what are you waiting for? Design the product.

I don't really do much dating traffic on PPV these days. I'm sure you can, but it's very hard to find volume where you have enough control over the demographics to hit your audience with the right offer. It's still very easy to build a mailing list with PPV though. So that's probably your best bet with dating orientated offers.

I thought POF handled the issue very well. All my funds were recredited and I believe they gave away that entire day of advertising as a freebie. POF has a good relationship with the affiliate community in general.
