For the moment it is not knowing what i will be doing next year, job-wise ( currently doing my Masters) . However, in the grand scheme of things I would say it is the fear of leaving no impact and no touching anybody or making a difference in someone's life. But I think it is safe to say that in most cases you do have an impact, even if infinitely small.

Easy, I would ask to have my mother back or at least for a few years. Sadly, cancer took her away when I was 11. That would be my wish

If I had o take a few guesses I would said, be yourself (never try to impersonate some else or someone you are not), be personal and find something unique to share with your readers

Nope I don't moderate them but if my spam mechanism picks something up then it is put on hold? So no I don't read the comments and then decide to post them. I know this is a huge controversy with blogs 'should bloggers moderate or not'. I am not a huge fan of reading blogs that is full of hage and stupid comments so I am for it actually. Cross fingers I have yet to receive hate comments :)
