If we are talking Canon, he is not. In fact I highly doubt he has any real sexual orientation although he DID blush during the Misa incident, it's really hard to tell where L stands when it comes to relationships and emotional responses. The fans love gay L though,lol.

Mostly just to be more active, do better in school, the works. In relation to this blog however, I want to re-read the Death Note Manga, it's been a few years since I've picked it up and read it from start to finish~

I have been found! (I shouldn't be surprised, the link is on my FF account if I remember.) Don't worry I plan on updating I just keep running into complications. I had the entire next chapter planned out in a stray notebook and now the notebook has..well.. strayed. So I am relying on memory and slowly putting together a new chapter. This particular chapter is the one I've been dreading since I came up with the idea because so many things could go wrong if I let something slip or fall out of character :/ but don't worry, I will updated before the summer is out and hopefully finish before the end of the year -crosses fingers-
To the rest of you who are lost, I started a Death Note fanfiction a year back which I was highly excited about and received very positive feedback but due to my senior year and the arrival of college I put the story on hiatus until updating just recently with a question to the readers 'should I continue?' I'm trying so hard to get myself to just sit down and write. GRR! Major writers block.

I had heard rumor of the book online and found a few translated pages which really got me interested. I read the book so long ago that I must say, I remember very little concerning plot points and tactics (pages in book numbers, the string from the wall leading to the door.) I really couldn't bring myself to put it down and found the story somewhat choppy but later realized it was like that because it was translated (silly me) so sentences would not flow as smoothly as an original English novel. I enjoyed it very much and it exposed me to Beyond's character and also A. It made me realize that there was so much more to Whammy House then meets the eye in the Anime and Manga of DN. I have also fallen in love with B's character but have recently been somewhat brought to a very harsh reality. Someone on LJ said that actually, none of us as fans really have any proof that Beyond LOOKS like L or even resembled L before the novel. We have no proof that he was obsessed with him and we have no proof of how he was during his time at the orphanage- all of this is fan made. t hurts me a bit to realize this is true but I think he Dn fans have truly 'made' B and he will always be admired and considered a great character to mirror L. Because whats better then a sadistic murder who LOOKS like our beloved L and is obsessed enough to fashion himself like him, even if its for a crime?

This is always a great discussion I like to have amidst sleep overs and ice cream outings with people about my home. I would have to say I'm pro-Kira though I do have some agreements with L's view. With the amount of crime going on in the world and every time I turn on the news, I'm sad to say that with the way things are going fear and death are the only affective ways to bring about peace. But I have decided peace is never going to come about for the whole world. But I do have hope. Maybe I'm both L/Kira -shrugs- Like its been said- Light started out with a good idea but then it went bad as soon as innocent people began dieing.

Well since DN consisted of three different endings (Manga, Anime, and live-action) I am pretty much content with all three because each is entirely different from the other. You see Light die as a coward, die with regret, and die in the arms of his father with L still alive. My favorite would have to be the Anime ending because he realized 'wow...I screwed up.'
