Well, the first 2 are dogs - Nola and Sweetheart. Because they usually wake me up to go outside at 8 am, regardless of what day of the week it is or how late I was up the night before.

At the risk of seeming very anti-feminist and all, I'd change it to the last name of whomever I married. If I ever end up married. Which remains to be seen. Otherwise, I'd stay with Barbara. I'm too old to remember a new name. If I were going to write under a pseudonym, it'd be Joy Edward.

I hit snooze, I snuggle @sap4afemme, I get up and get dressed to take the dogs out. Then I get dressed for work, do my hair, brush teeth, etc and jet out of here about 10 minutes after I'm supposed to. Oh, yeah. And usually I pack a breakfast to take with me.

You mean about the men? Well, I suppose you're right about that, to some extent. We never know what the future holds. I can tell you this: I haven't slept with a man since 1987 and as I have a partner it isn't likely to happen any time soon. And also? I'm pathologically averse to sperm, so that's sorta problematic in the "having sex with a man" department.

LOL - NO! Not even a chance. I'm a lesbian. I am a lesbian who does not have sex with men. Ever. However, even if I were bi or straight, I would not even consider that particular train wreck.

Mostly super busy. Not only do I have a new girlfriend, I drive an hour each way to work and my job is busy. I am so tired at the end of the day that all I do is chill w/ the GF & go to sleep. Seriously, I have to find time to at least blog & keep w/ with Twitter and everyone else's blogs. Send me emails to prompt me if you like!

My Christmas was fine. Quiet. Mostly didn't see anyone or do anything until the 26th, when I went to my brother's house for dinner. How was yours? And also? Who are you?

I almost didn't know what BL was! I don't know about slanted towards men but they do seem to be doing better this year. However, Tara kicked ass a few years back and they had hard challenges, too. I don't know about a fave yet. No one has emerged as The One for me! :) How about you?

Do you know what? I would be me. I would always choose to be me. However, if I could do anything at all - well. I'd hold my Cameron again and smooch my Jake and be sure that they know I love them and that they know it wasn't ME that made the decision that took them away from me. That is the one thing I wish so much that I could do.

I got sidetracked. I read A LOT and I couldn't keep up. Also, once people started reading the blog, I decided I ought to have a focus and so it got overwhelming. I still review for Amazon.com's Vine program and also for CurledUp.com, I just don't keep up with my own blog anymore.

Which friend? The one who went to NC? No, I didn't. I had work conflicts the week she was moving. I can't think of any other friend I was supposed to help move. Unless ... wait a minute ... was I supposed to help you move?!
