Did you find it easy to quit b/p'ing? did you ever have to fight the urge to do it when you were eating enough to maintain or was it something you struggled with solely when restricting really low? i feel like i will be addicted forever

    no not at all! hey, people might 'boast' about 'only needing to b/p because of their low weight/restricting' but obviously even if that is the FIRST reason you will still get addicted to it. I think one of the most important things is that once you are physically doing better and your diet is more rational you will find other things in your life that you can prioritise OVER b/ping. hey, its a fact that it will always give you an adrenaline rush and it IS an addictive behaviour but 'real life' without an ED teaches you that other, more healthy, less isolating and damaging things can give you that too. and once you can ditch the ED mindset and become rational about it, fighting the urge to b/p when at a healthy weight and/or not restricting won't feel shameful anymore ;) which always helps
